Since 2002, Central BBQ has been serving Memphis the way barbecue was meant to be: low, slow, and smoked over hickory and pecan. From fall-off-the-bone ribs to our famous BBQ nachos and pulled pork, every plate is dry-rubbed, marinated for 24 hours, and smoked with a whole lot of patience.
